Grading Our Legislators

RFA Endorses Texas Governor Rick Perry In His Bid For Reelection

RFA / Texas will grade individual legislators based on their support of, and interest in, issues of importance to the recreational angler and the recreational fishing industry. That information will be displayed on this page so that YOU can make an informed choice when you cast your ballot..

We will also use this page to ENDORSE individual candidates and to ask our members to consider supporting them.

As RFA is chartered under I.R.S. Code 401 (c) (4), we are permitted to endorse and support candidates for public office, as well engage in extensive lobbying efforts. This sets us apart from most other recreational fishing organizations. We are after all a POLITICAL ACTION ORGANIZATION, and will use our status to benefit the recreational angling community.
